Sorry to hear of Jack's passing and my condolesnces to his family and friends.
Sad to say this, but we're all getting close to the finish line. This is way we now should do our best to live our life to the fullest. Be involved, kind and as active as possible.
Jack and I were in the 5th grade together, Mr. Johnson's class. He put on a skit called 10 Indian boys. He used some pottery from his dad's shop and popped one of us on the head and counted down from 10 to no Indian boys. It was so funny. Jack and I were on the same colt League team. He was my second baseman. I don't know how he did it but he made every one of my throws to second good ! In the two years we played together, not too many players made it to second safely. Rest in peace,Jack.

in 8th grade Jack had a pole vault rig in his backyard
he figured out a way to do pole vaulting down his driveway into the backyard.
how many people did you ever meet that could pole vault in their very own backyard?
