Harold Joseph "Joe" Pulsipher born to Harold Elias & Sarah Darlene (Inman) Pulsipher was born May 20, 1947 in Orange, Orange County, California. At the age of 53 Joseph slipped away quietly into our Savior, Jesus Christ's arms on January 18th, 2002 while his sister Susan E. (Pulsipher) Rogers stood vigil.
Joseph is survived by his mother, Sarah, his sister Susan, his two nieces, Melody-Sue Fletcher Troche and Aura-Lee Fletcher Carmichael, his two nephews, C. Joshua Martin and G. Aaron Rogers, 3 grand nephews, 1 grand niece and several great grand nephews and nieces as well as a brother in law and other loving family members.
Joseph served in the Army and at the tutelage of his father became a truly accomplished musician, song writer and singer. He loved his family and that love was returned ten fold. He made friends easily and even after he couldn't get out and about maintained those friendships through letters, emails and visits.
He will be truly missed and always loved.
