James (Jim) Floyd Noyes Valley's Class of 1966.  Passed Away on February 24, 2021, of Covid-19. Lived in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. From West Point, New York. Studied at UNLV. Married to Connie Noyes but now was Widowed. Worked at Plus communications. Has 2 Facebook pages if you are interested in learning more. He was married right after school to Kitty Ledbetter one of my BBF. I was told of his passing by Bob Bennett
