Rick, with over 40 years experience in National and International casualty claims, he has worked in multi-line claims as a field adjuster , Regional Supervisor ( 19 States) ,and Claims Manager (staff of 29) for Insurance Companies, International Claims Organizations, and Self Insured. His experience includes Excess and Surplus Lines, Products, Environmental, Ocean Marine, and Transportation in Domestic and London Market cover.
Rick has a degree in business administration and is a licensed California adjuster. He also is a graduate of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Academy and served as a Level One Reserve Police Officer for the City of Glendora for 12 years. He has appeared and testified on behalf of parties in U.S. Federal and State courts as well as conducting multi national investigations for clients when required.
He is past president of the Los Angeles Claims Managers Forum and member of the Southern California Fraud Investigators Association. Mr. Heagle started Heagle & Associates, in 1997 and currently provides insurance adjusting and investigation for over 40 insurance companies, self-insured, and the defense bar.
Since his experience involves multi national clients and claims, he is a past member of the International Insurance Society, Inc.
As an active Flag member of the American Legion Yacht Club (Post 291) based upon his U.S. Army Infantry service 1969-71, he has served as a committee member of the Newport Beach “Old Glory” Boat Parade.
