I just saw a post today on Facebook that Reeny lost her battle with cancer and passed away on August 19, 2024. Many of you will recall that she shared with me she had cancer this past December which I also shared on the website.
I know she had many fond memories from high school and was so happy to reconnect with everyone at our 50th Class Reunion. She also enjoyed reading posts on the website, especially as her illness progressed.
I'm so glad I had that gift of reconnecting with Reeny during the last 8 years of her life. She was a very sweet and kind lady.
RIP, Reeny - we will miss you.

Yes, I've been thinking about her too. I never knew her in school, but because of our website I feel like she's someone I know now. And now, she's gone too. It's always a sad feeling when someone dies. . . Regardless of how well acquainted we become with this truth of all life on our earth. Dispite everything we learn, and everything we know! Feelings - to my mind - permeate everything. I know I'm only saying what everyone already knows, but there - I'm going to leave it here, anyway. My Love I extend to all, and to Reenie's memory.

I was so sorry to hear of her passing. Like Ann said it feels like family when anyone passes. We may not have known everyone personally but still we are family and proud to be part of it. I pray for her family and happy to say that she is no longer in pain; that's a good thing about leaving earth....no more pain.
