Paula Pletcher (DiLuigi)

I didn’t know Steve that well in high school, but what I do remember about him was he was quiet and shy, but very nice.  One of the unexpected benefits of managing the website has been reconnecting with some classmates, allowing me to get to know them better, and that’s what happened with Steve.  He would email or call me occasionally, and I always had the nicest chats with him.  I also called him once in a while to get technical support for the website, and he was always glad to help along with that wonderful Southern charm. I know he had faced some health challenges these past few years and had almost died at one point.  I feel fortunate that I was able to get to know Steve a little better before it was too late.
