As a member of the Santa Ana Fire Dept., I went on three 911 calls involving Roger during his last years of life. Unfortunately, Roger, over the years, had become addicted to alcohol. Happy go lucky, Roger and I had a few memorable trips to Ensenada together. He was also my ride to Newport during the summer.
